Repéré - Pop Up restaurant - January Hotspot

It's cool that pop-up restaurants happen in Amsterdam.
Repéré is a pop-up restaurant which will operate for 100 days in the place that used to be Gespot, in the Leidse Square area.

When you enter the restaurant, you feel a buzz. This is an exciting establishment. Interior is raw chic. The staff is in total control, you sense the experience, the expertise, these guys know what they're doing. The idea is simple. People want to go out and dine, but don't like to spend 100 euro per person anymore. People still want an unique experience. Repéré caters to that need. You can eat a 3 course dinner with wine for 40 euro a person. You can't beat this price/quality.

The menu is simple. 3 courses, 3 flavors (vega, fish, meat). The kitchen uses top quality products and cooks hearty food with a modern creative twist. All products are grown locally, the Lindenhof in Baambrugge is involved.
I started with a terrine of chicken with fried chicken skin, very clever dish, very delicious. One of the other diners at my table had the Amsterdam Noord Feta cheese. Looked and tasted amazing.

For the main course we switched to red wine, biological (no sulphite) wine from France.
A stunning vin de table!

The main course was Dutch lamb's neck, and a home made well spiced lamb sausage. To die for!

I will return before they close in April! That is a promise!

Highly recommended, try it while you can.
